USB tools

Finds plugged-in robots and sets up their USB port (and Wi-Fi address if known).

Upload program files

Copies files from the scripts folder onto the selected robot over USB, checks each size, then restarts it.

Add robot to Wi-Fi

Puts the selected robot on an existing Wi-Fi network, over its USB cable. The robot itself lists the networks it can reach (2.4 GHz only) and tries the password before anything is saved. The password goes only to the robot. To use the robot over Wi-Fi, this PC must be on the same network.

The robot scans for networks it can reach (about 5 seconds).

In the web app, choose Connect gateway and enter this code. It works once and changes every 10 minutes.

Network adapters

wlan0 is for the internet (not needed when a wired eth0 connection already has internet). wlan1 is a second Wi-Fi adapter for a robot's own network, needed when the robot can't join wlan0's network.
